- Plan, coordinate and achieve packed / shipped volume to committed goals.
- Ensure achievement of management and manufacturing objective through the proper selection, development, training and motivation of subordinates.
- Supervise and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space and labour force to attain plant production objectives.
- Liaise with Quality Control, Maintenance and other departments on a need basis to ensure production goals are achieved.
- Control and instill wokers's discipline to ensure company's rules and regulations must be complied to.
- Ensure maintenance of product standards through effective administration of good manufacturing practices, employee awareness and training programs and a high level of housekeeping.
- Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting their work performance.

- At least 2 years experienced in production field as management position
- Any Graduated
- Willing to work under pressure
- Leadership and team work
- Strong communication, negotiation skill and problem solving skill
