Role Statement: In close collaboration with the Program Managers ensure the implementation of WCM’s integrated and sectoral programs in concerned program in line with approved program log
frames, work plans and budgets. Lead the program specific planning, implementation and reporting processes by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders. These include the Program Managers,
Technical Advisor’s; Assistant Program Area Manager’s and Country Office support Departments and field staff.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred. At least three years’ experience in management of integrated community development project is desirable.
2. Model behavior that reflects positive Christian values and a holistic, participatory, sustainable approach to development, and behavior that is sensitive to local conditions and culture and the expectations of local leaders.
3. Proven development experience in a leadership role.
4. Able to work independently, asking for help when needed.
5. Able to do assessment and write proposal and report.
