Job Description

Oversee planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Effectively assign tasks to team members
Ensure teams meet short and long-term programme objectives
Ensure implementation of policies and practices
Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
Create and maintain detailed programme/project plans
Build positive relations within the team and external parties, including funders (UN agencies, INGOs, Ministries & Government departments etc.)
Ensure the implementation of M&E as per funder requirements, working closely with M&E team
Write detailed project reports as per funder requirements
Work with the grant-writing team to develop project/programme proposals
Support with recruitment and training of relevant team members

Job Requirements

Proven experience and knowledge of programme/project management and techniques
In-depth knowledge of budgeting and reporting
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office and GSuite
Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Able to effectively assign tasks and manage heavy and diverse work-loads
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and efficient
