Project Coordinator Responsibilities
5. The Project Coordinator will be expected to perform the following tasks as part of their responsibilities:
a. Responsible for the coordination and completion of Taxation process for new vehicle purchase and its engagements
b. Responsible for the arrangement of GPS installation and monitoring PO to Invoicing.
c. Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas and engagements
d. Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.
e. Ensure project are complete on time and in scope (i.e. time, cost and quality)
f. Oversee and management vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations
g. Assist in Logistic (import or export) process of vehicles and parts.
h. Assist in compliance of Legal and Regulation requirement within the industry.
i. Ad hoc operational project
