  • Answering phone call and handling the customer complaints
  • Receiving the customers’ orders and respond to customer's emails, calls, chats, viber etc.
  • Handling many inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Identify and escalate the issues to relevant supervisors
  • Building the lasting relationships with clients and team members

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree holder
  • Must have 1 year experience in call center or page admin
  • Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and complaints handling
  • Must have the mindset of customer service
  • Excellent computer typing skills (Myanmar and English)
