Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Drawing the refueling plan for weekly and daily basis.
  • Collecting the refueling reports from service delivery teams (regional teams).
  • Validating the required data, photos, and documents for the billing support.
  • Validating the actual fuel consumption and purchasing.
  • Preparing Budget Request, PR, Invoice based on the activity.
  • Validating the invoices for fuel purchasing and other related activities.
  • Monitoring and following up for outages not to site down due to fuel shortage.
  • Monitor the CPH, Load and DG RH and coordination with related teams to maintain/reduce the CPH and RH.
  • Reporting the plan and actual in daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Analyzing the fuel consumption to ensure that not to exceed the plan and to reduce the loss.

Job Requirements

  • Must graduate with Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Power, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
  • At least 2 years working experience in a related field.
  • Age between 23 to 25 years old.
  • Should be flexible in working on holidays as well, either from office or home.
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Outlook) preferrable for Excel in advance level.
