• Support the organization to meet with commercial customer acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets, Maximize sales team potential, Craft effective project sales plans
• Up to 1,600 USD + other attractive allowances

About the Company

The Role

● Build and promote strong, long-lasting partner relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
● Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
● Design and implement strategic project plans to expands company’s customer base and ensure the strong presence

Job Requirements

● Minimum 6 years of sales managing experience within construction sector, more prefer with Paint and Decorative background
● Bachelor’s Degree holder
● Must be Business English speaker
● Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, strong communication skills
