 Communicate with new and existing Sourcing suppliers and maintain the relationship with them effectively in a timely manner
 Strong in Contracting with Supplier
 Managing internal transactions for ordering and receiving goods and services
 Follow instructions from and directly report to Procurement Manager
 Collaborate with all Logistics & Supply Chain departments and employees.
 Dotted line report to Head Office Group Logistics organization
 Directly responsible to organize and manage the logistics operations and processes in Myanmar (customs clearance, deliveries etc…), but also with other RMA divisions.
 Work closely with the group logistics team managing work involving Myanmar
 Support Sales Teams with freight solutions, estimates and budgets involved in Myanmar
 Work on consistent processes with all divisions in Myanmar.
 Develop and Manage relationship with local logistics suppliers: freight forwarders, trucking companies, carriers, shipping lines, customs brokers.
 Develop and Manage relationship with customs and official authorities
 Develop and maintain consistent processes for inbound/outbound logistics operations ‘in country’ for all divisions
 Collaborate with our local partners and make sure processes are correctly define and implemented.
 In collaboration with the Bangkok HO, develop and manage relationships with logistics suppliers focusing on the country and regional needs, based on specific criteria: prices, lead times, service level, flexibility
 Provide consistent reports to customers (tracking, issues, delivery times, costs etc.)
 Act as ‘project manager’ on any logistics requirements for the country, ensuring any colleagues, suppliers involved, deliver the required solutions on time and in budget

- Minimum 5 Years of working experiences related Food and Beverage
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- English is compulsory
- Able to work with Franchisee
- Must have experienced in using any Procurement system
- Good Knowledge in FDA process
- Export/Import knowledge must strong
