Constant generation of ideas to improve inventory turns on the purchased material, with a focus on standardized components.
Develop a yearly business plan for Purchasing based on operational guideline;
Focus on constant improvements to your departments,
Develop a yearly business plan for Purchasing based on operational guidelines and company goals, and review ongoing basis;
Lead all employees within the department to achieve individual goals,
Reduce inventory while satisfying customer’s requirements through accurate inventory/usage date analysis and effective vendor stock solutions;
Negotiate pricing and terms with all supplier and set guidelines so that the Purchasing parameters and processes as negotiated.
Work with companies within the group to utilize existing vendor knowledge and supply chain strategy.

Job Requirements

3 years experience in related field
Strong leadership capabilities
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Ability to gather and analyses date and to work with figures
Strong Communication skill, Interpersonal skill, and be flexible to work with all levels
Be patient and good problem solving skill
