Implement the QA/QC management system
• Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to production
• Verify that the quality related vehicle activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
• Coordinate all the quality inspections through the vehicle QC inspectors
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC
• Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the QC inspector
• Monitor the implementation of the approved QC Plan
• Ensure the safety is adhered
• Responsible for technical support covering all Hyundai products
• Interact closely with Sales & Marketing team to understand customer requirements and problems
• Analyze root cause of each technical problem receiving from customers and dealers and provide effective solution and new product introduction to internal and external parties
• Other duties may be assigned as required

Job Requirements

• Any Electrical Engineering Graduate (AGTI/B.Tech/B.E) or relevant degree
• Experiences to control vehicle and parts quality
• Others Strong problem solving skill and team management
• They’ll be dispatched to LAOS SVK factory for pre-lesson
• Some of them will work as factory leader, so that we will dispatch them as a trainer who is able to teach the other workers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of English is required
• Computer literacy (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail)
