၁။ Sales , Target & Budget Plan မ်ားကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာေရးဆြဲႏိုင္ျပီး Target ကို သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္ျပည့္မွီေအာင္ တာဝန္ယူ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။

၂။ Customer Relationship Management ကို ေကာင္းစြာသိရွိနားလည္ျပီး မိမိ Customer ၏ လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို အေကာင္းဆံုး ျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။

၃။ Listening Skill ( နားလည္ႏိုင္မႈစြမ္းရည္ ) ျပည့္ဝၿပီး လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။

၄။ မိမိလက္ေအာက္ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏိုင္ျပီး လိုအပ္သည့္ သင္တန္းမ်ား သင္ၾကားေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။

၅။ ခရီးမၾကာခဏ သြားလာႏိုင္ရမည္။ လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္အရ နယ္ရံုးခြဲမ်ားသို႔ သြားေရာက္တာဝန္ယူႏိုင္ရမည္။

၆။ လူမႈဆက္ဆံေရး ၊ ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံမႈ ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။

၂။ အသက္(၂၅)ႏွစ္မွ(၃၅)ႏွစ္အတြင္း ၊ က်န္းမာေရးေကာင္းမြန္သည့္ အမ်ိဳးသား/အမ်ိဳးသမီး ျဖစ္ရမည္။

၃။ ကုန္ပစၥည္းေရာင္းခ်ေရးႏွင့္ ေစ်းကြက္ခ်ဲ႕ထြင္ေရးနယ္ပယ္တြင္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ(၃)ႏွစ္ႏွင့္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။

၄။ ယာဥ္ေမာင္း(ခ)လိုင္စင္ရွိၿပီး ယာဥ္ကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ ကိုယ္တိုင္ေမာင္းႏိုင္ရမည္။

၅။ Computer ( Excel / Word ) Email,Internet ကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
