-Manage the overall annual target by brand and according set the monthly target based on brand seasonality By Branch to a per selling level the Regional Sales Manager.
-Work with /coordinate with demand management in-charge on the brand /sku forecast.
-Orchestrates the compliance of Regional Sale Manager to the established monthly drumbeat of set meeting alongside the quality of development of directions.
-Check Monthly work plan of RSMs & Supervisor to the established Daily Work system.
-Client/customer focus

Job Requirements

At Least 5-10 years of experience in the same capacity from construction industry or parallel industry
Solid experience in sales,Marketing and customer Business Development
Good grasp of Yangon /Mandalay market specially of the Construction industry
Fluent in English and computer literate
Good organizing skills and leadership skills
