Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Preparing market commentary, reports and general research for
Internal and external clients

2. Attending and presenting at seminars in order to interact with clients,
and to gain market and business knowledge

3. Maintaining knowledge on relevant property news, market conditions
and trends through reading, attending seminars and establishing a
network of Contacts as required

4. Liaising with external information sources such as Local townships,

Not Limited to:
• Supervise on database management on real estate projects in all sectors in Yangon and Myanmar
• Collate news relating to real estate in Myanmar
• Prepare regular property market reports for Yangon and other parts of Myanmar when appropriate
• Liaise with regional research, consultancy and advisory network offices for report compilation
• Account Management and Client Negotiation
• Conducting property market surveys
• Analysing sales deals to determine benchmarks such as yields, capital values and incentives
• Managing the Research team’s database to ensure all material produced is available to the wider business
• Prepare Research and Advisory Reports

Job Requirements

• Degree level, tertiary qualification in Property or a related discipline
• Strong client orientated approach
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
• High level of Microsoft Office skills
• Good understanding of database systems and ability to extract data for reporting purposes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, high report writing skills is a must
• Presentable
• Outgoing and easy going yet focused
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
• Ability to create or edit written reports
• Excellent Customer Care and developing relationships
• Excellent ability of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel
