o Responsible for the overall management of the whole restaurant
o Salary up to 1500 USD and additional benefits

About the Company

Our Client is a well Know International Franchise company, expanding rapidly in Myanmar and setting up operations around in Myanmar. They have partnered with major player in the F&B and Retail Space.

The Role

● Key Decision maker
● Ensuring profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management
● Responsible for smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis
● Ensure the food quality standards and customer service standards of the Restaurant
● Ensuring the work safety, training and well-being of staff in the restaurant
● Responsible for inventory control and maintenance of equipment in the restaurant

Requirements

● Any Bachelor Degree is preferable
● Must have minimum 5-year experience in Restaurant Manager
● Need to be able to speak Chinese and English
● Must have the knowledge of Profit and Loss accountability
● Competent in the service flow and procedures
