Overview
Sales administrators provide administration support for the sales team to ensure efficient operations of the sales department. Sales administrators are responsible for the efficient handling of sales process and good collaboration with cross-functional teams. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and tracking sales, delivery, stock ordering and vehicle movement.

Responsibilities
Sales Operation
-Prepare, maintain and update the documents using in Sales process (e.g, Order form, Sales agreement, Receipt (Auto/Manual), Delivery Form, Invoices
-Reconcile order forms and process stock order to respective team from YGN by the approval of respective managers
-Timely update price list of all brands
-By coordinating with Aftersales team, ensure that PDI and IOT process completed timely
-Working closely with logistic, organize new vehicle movement process in time.
-Collect all required documents from Sales team and provide required documents to Logistic team for vehicle registration
-Maintain and track record of owner book, premium book before transfer to customer
-Compile daily sales report and submit to Sales Manager and Branch Manager
-Update stock list and report to Manager
-Organise Stationary for Sales Team
-Responsible for BCP in own area
-Any other duty, assigned by manager

-Any graduate
-Computer literate (MS Office and Email)
-Ability to work with all levels/ team
-Good organizing skill
-Strong time management
-Good interpersonal and communication skill
-Able to work multi task and under pressure
-Good command of English is preferable.
