Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the business chambers or customers.
  • Familiarity with the operations of a business chambers or professional association is preferred or Experienced in Customer Relation & Sales Supports
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and provide prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist in preparing various documents, including reports, letters, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate and upto-date filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and events, including handling logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Process membership applications, maintain membership records.
  • Support the organization's marketing and communication efforts, including drafting newsletters, updating the website, and managing social media platforms.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
  • Adhoc Duties assigned by Department Manager

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Prefer 2 years’ experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is preferred. (Chinese/Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

NOTE: 6 working days/ Tuesday Off/
