-Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. - Maintain and update customer databases and records.- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.- Coordinate with other departments such as delivery, finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.- Provide administrative support to the sales team- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service role preferred.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and CRM software,on the go software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of sales principles and practices is a plus.
