Customer appointment
- Collect project information and approach to key person who decision maker for each project.
- Invite customer to visit to TOTO Showroom and do presentation of product.
- Make strategy to get customer interesting by using necessary tools such as present about product by iPad, invite technical center to explain live demo of high-end product, project reference, provide sample product for customer review, product catalogue & marketing materials.
Site Visit
- Plan to visit project site before and after sales
- arrange to take technician for necessary support of site requirement.
- meeting with Architect, Engineer and Plumber for site support
Documentation process
- Prepare proposal and quotation base on site nature and requirement.
- Check inventory stock level and propose by FIFO system.
- Collect necessary data of product specification and create beautiful format.
- Prepare Order form, Invoice, packing list before passed to respective department.
- Prepare contract or MOU by negotiation terms & condition with Client or Contractor for both English and Burmese Version.

- Check shipment documents weekly base and manage to deliver goods asap to customer.
- Prepare necessary letter for payment request.
Support Installation & servicing to customer
- Arrange manpower by linking Internal Engineering Team to provide technical support
- Check hand book of Installation & Servicing which took record and listen feed back from customer
- Expedite to manage spare part issue in case of urgent to support
Customer Complain
- solve customer complain smoothly.
- Asking advise from Internal Technical Team for quick support to customer.
Weekly Activity and Report
- Provide necessary data to project coordinator for weekly AR.
- Provide update Project list, pick up potential customer to project coordinator for weekly meeting.
- Arrange to force to deliver goods and force to collect payment from customer.
Monthly Activity & Report
- Provide necessary data to project coordinator for monthly AR.
- Provide update Project list, pick up potential customer to project coordinator for monthly meeting.
- Provide data for total sales result, sales forecast and follow up project for monthly meeting

Any graduate.
At least 1years of sale & marketing field.
Good communication and problem solving skill and computer skills.
Flexible attitude and multi-disciplinary and environment.
Willingness to sell product and can go other regions.
