The Role

● Review sales performance and evaluate the results.
● Set targets and KPI for sales team members and manage them to hit sales target.
● Maintain and develop the relationship with clients and customers.

Job Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction material background and over 3 years in management level.
● Be a bachelor’s degree holder.
● Business English or advanced English communication skill
● Have a good experience in negotiation, customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
