Detail Duties and Responsibilities
 Leading all social media sales initiatives
 Handle and execute day to day operations of NAING Group Properties and others.
 Greeting each customer that comes into the store in a warm manner
 Identifying customer requirements
 Assisting customers with purchase decisions
 Assisting in physical inventory counts
 Making sure that customers receive receipts on all purchases
 Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties
 Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners.
 Provide lease administration for properties.
 Assist and support R.E staff to maximize performance

Job Requirements

 Any Graduate with Sales and Marketing Certificate or Diploma
 3 to 5 years experience in relative fields and others
 Providing insights into consumer behavior
 Fluency in English will be an advantage to liaise with customer
 Well-groomed and neat looking
 Able to adapt well in a fast paced environment
 Able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
