- Liaise with government officers and apply for various business license.
- Liaise with Singapore Corporate Secretary company to run GST claiming process and filing GST return.
- Run foreign bank account opening process and settle banking issues.
- Manage Governance Business Integrity matters (e.g. KYC process, record gifts, external stakeholder engagement).
- Buy and extend insurance for company assets and cars.
- Filing company documents.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by CAO.

Job Requirements

- Must have at least Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Must have at least 2-year experience in Admin field and 3-year experience in Manager role.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies.
- Proficient language skills in English.
