Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Reporting to Finance Manager to weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform quarter end Financial Report closing
• Check AP, AR & GL weekly and weekly basic
• Check the Quarter End schedule and raise the Journal Entry
• Check and balance of day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Daily maintain and review cash and bank management.
• Review and approve payment vouchers for all activities.
• Chasing the payment for weekly and monthly
• Update and reconciliation of monthly Hire Purchase repayment, warranty and advance payment to supplier
• To manage and develop Operational Finance team to support the business and operational requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate each expenditure items for cost reduction and control
• Work closely with finance manager and Team for analytical review of monthly financial results and Key Financial and Operational.

Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor degree/Diploma/LCCI/IFR/ACCA Part 2 (F-5, F-7, F-6, F-9) preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• With Accounting software knowledge
• Possess strong computer skill
• Good teamwork spirit, willing and able to learn and multi-task.
• Initiative, efficient, strong analytical skills
• Can start work within short notice
