Application setup and configuration (T24 Core Banking System, UT Net and UT Mobile)

• Branch IT Support for daily issues, queries and requirements (each IT Officer is assigned a number of branches)

• IT Defect Management

• IT Support for new business initiatives and change requests

• Support internal management planning and reporting

Reporting Line:

• Reports to IT Manager
• Deputy to oversee IT department in event IT Manager is temporarily away

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Financial Sector
• Interpersonal Skills, Organized, result driven, analytical and numerate
• Good communication in Spoken and Written English
