• Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws in the telecom, tax, H&S, and other key areas, advising the company on how the regulatory environment affects specific business processes and decisions.
• Tracks, and reports regularly to management on compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.
• Advises and negotiates on company’s behalf regarding licensing matters.

• Must be experienced in Myanmar regulatory matters, preferably in the telecom field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; law degree and law firm experience preferred.
• Over 8 years' experience in regulatory compliance.
