Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Support all aspects of the network management process assuring requests , implementation and problems are delivered as required with no impact to the global communications environments.
-Responsible to provide proactive fault monitoring and expert level incident management for the entire set of products supported in the command center .
-Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.
-To provide service and infrastructure availability, ensuring systems and products are properly configured and maintained by performing all Service & Infrastructure Operations activities according to standards and procedures or customer requirements.
-Perform troubleshooting and fault resolution of reported/detected faults by investigating the issue, identifying the cause and implementing the fix based on troubleshooting guides

Job Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology ,Electronic or CCNP are preferable. .
- At Least 3 year of working experience in IT & Telecommunication Industrial.
- Good knowledge of computer networking like TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, …), WAN technologies, backbone operations.
- Good operational experience with network equipment configuration such as Cisco and Juniper.
- Good Command in Business English.
- Must be able to lead both customer and engineer team .
