Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Understand current processes in last mile delivery and cash management
-Work closely with the Operations Team to redesign and enforce current processes in place, reduce operation cost and increase efficiency
-Assist on the new product lines being developed
-Lead and oversee our business support functions on a day-to-day basis to deliver high quality services to our members and stakeholders
-Proactively seek opportunities to improve, develop and enhance our delivery services to our client’s customers
-Provide regular clear reporting to the CEO and other relevant stakeholders on business and team performance in line with business objectives
-Work with sales, business development, and marketing teams to ensure performance targets are set and achieved
-Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members on an ongoing basis

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
-Educated to degree level relating to Management and relevant industry experience in logistics / operations management
-Understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

Desirable:

-Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, management and organizational skills with a proven track record
-Proven ability to directly manage and track performance
-Knowledge of bespoke software systems
-Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
