> Monitor/ trouble shoot business server systems in 24 x 7 bases
> Manage to recover server equipment trouble with other related team/organization
> Handle complaint/ queries of server systems from internal organization
> Manage technical information / planned work about server system equipment
> Support servers failure information for NOC team
> Ability to work with employees at all levels in a professional and proficient manner.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in information technology environment.
2. In depth knowledge about Microsoft Server system, Linux server and basic knowledge in networking (IP core).
3.This position requires the ability to effectively prioritize and to be a proactive thinker.
4. Must have strong knowledge of mobile devices such as iPhone, Blackberry, iOS, Windows Mobile, and Android.
5. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements
6. Strong demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving skills.
7. Good healthy person.
8. Ability to work 24/7 shift duty.
