- Senior System Engineer will mainly be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and provides customer's satisfaction. The job includes installation and upgrade of server and software applications and server migrations and preventive maintenance activities and day to day system administration, network support service, firewall and VPN monitoring. Trouble shooting system and network failures and application related performance issues.
- Active involvement in new porjects related to new technology implementation or upgrading.
- Customer relationship handling and timely resonse to requests and incidents.
- Preparing project status reports.
- To serve as a team leader of the IT team aimed at providing level II and III support.
- To ensure the end-to-end ddelivery of quality services for customers.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory to team.
- Delivery training and information sessions intemally and to customers as required. Lead in technology scanning and reserch initiatives, analyze impact of IT technology trends on current and future enterprise infrastrecture.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience and 7 years of relevant work experience.and Must have MCSE certification or CCNP certifications.
- ITIL IT Service Management.
- Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills as well as Planning and Status Meetings.
- Very good presentation and documentation skills in Microsoft Word and Power Point.
- Experience in Enterprise Network Implementation and Trouble shooting of MS server, NAS, SAN storage, Linux server, VMware vSphere, Hyper V, MS Exchange server abd MS Sharepoint server.
- Khowledge of databases, including the ability to maintain, set up and operates database servers.
- Good Knowledge of various Topologies, Protocols and Networking technologies including VLAN, LACP, OSPF, BGP, RADIUS, STP, RSTP, QoS, MPLS, VPLS, NAT, layer 2/Layer 3 switching and various layer 2 overlay technologies.
- Knowledge of DMVPN, Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Juniper, Mikrotik, Pfesense is an added advantage.
- Initiative with the ability to work underpresure to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Good spoken and written Myanmar and English Laguage would be highly advantageous.
