Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Manage one medium sized project or some small projects depends on the project size (about 10-20 project members)
-Guide and mentor the team members
-Assigned task by supporting the customer requirement
-Suggest the improvement of the project activities and problem solving
-Perform working plan of entire project
-Lead and coordinating with project members
-Take responsibility for project members evaluation
-Arrange appropriate resource depends on the project situation
-lead all project members, planning and problem solving, communication with customers, reporting, manage resource of 3-10 members in one project
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

For Senior System Engineer
-Must have at least 3 years and above experience as a System Engineer
-Must have knowledge of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat,PostgreSQL (or) Oracle(Java is main and others are optional)
-Knowledge of software engineering best practices including patterns
-Self-motivated, Team work and willing to learn a new technology
-Able to learn and willing to learn the Japanese language
-Must be Conversation Level in the English language
-Must have conversation level in the Japanese language(N4 and above)
-Must be good at Ms word and Excel

For Team Leader
-Must have management experience at least 2 years
-Must have System development experience in IT field about 5 years
-Must have management experience for 10-20 staffs
-Knowledge of software engineering best practices including patterns
-Must have knowledge of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL (or) Oracle (Java is main and others are optional)
-Must be Conversation Level in Japanese (JLPT N3 )
-Prefer to be Business Level in Japanese (JLPT N2)
-Must be Conversation Level in English
-Prefer to be Business Level in English
