Operating the hardware infrastructure of systems.
• Operating the hardware infrastructure of systems, including the physical layout of the system, server devices, network devices, storage devices, equipment Tape, firewall, video conference systems
Billing Gateway System Administration.
• Managing server hosting CDRs.
• To ensure uniform flow rates for BI system
• Backup files daily charge.
• Coordinate the processing error occurred on file as error rates, does not derive from the operator to file charges.
Error Handling.
• Coordinate units inside and outside the company in troubleshooting errors.
Planning, monitoring system resources.
• Implementation planning to make sure condition to deploy system for business.

Job Requirements

-Graduated from university specialized in IT or telecommunications.
-Background knowledge about information systems, computer engineering.
-Knowledge about server system, computer network, storage system.
-Knowledge about virtualization solutions (VMWare, Hyper-V)
-Certifications in Networking, Security, Server OS, Virtualization products as advantage
-Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a corporate IT system engineer position.
-Had experiences in managing Servers (using Windows, Linux OS), virtualization solutions (using Hyper-V, Vmware ESX), storage system (using HP, Dell, IBM)
-Video conferences (Polycom)
