a. System study and system analysis.
b. Prepare System Functional specification for enhancements or Turn Key project.
c. Presentation of the (b) above with the proposed system solution for user acceptance and confirmation.
d. Communicate with Bizpoint for the business and project arrangement for (b) above.
e. Change request procedure and monitoring.
6. Good business management and operation concept. Knowledge of quality system e.g. ISO 9000.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computing with at least one set of Business Knowledge mentioned in Roles and Responsibilities
• If the person doesn’t have a degree then diploma or advanced diploma with experiences is strongly recommended
• Should have project management skills
• Must have strong communication skills to deal with customers
• Must have strong skills in reporting and business communication
• Previous knowledge and experiences on ERP is strongly recommended
• Must have strong presentation skills
• Good general knowledge and good common sense!
• Good documentation skills is required
• Should have knowledge on Quality Assurance
• Reporting to Sr. Application Engineer
• Good and sound knowledge of E8 BRM System
• Good understanding of object oriented concept because Jade is using OO concept.
• Have a general knowledge for Jade.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Remote support software e.g. Team Viewer and Skype
