Extract and analyze data to figure out the situation
Plan and conduct market research and analyze the result
Collect the information from the regional office, dealers/distributors regarding the marketing reaction, competitors action etc.
Develop the marketing strategy, regional strategy based on the analysis
Initiate and lead the team for those actions above
