Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Respond to questions and concerns from the customer regarding product lines and general operations; involves complex situations that require basic management to resolve situations.
2. Provide technical service and assistance to customers on the use of product lines; serves as an expert in a single technology or applies a working knowledge of multiple technologies and may involve multiple sites.
3. Recommendations in a technical report feedback to customer complain.
4. Troubleshoot & resolve painting issues and problems that Painters and Paint encounter during the painting process.
5. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned in production by supervisory personnel.
6. Reporting to Production Manager.

Job Requirements

1. Must have completed Bachelor Degree in Chemistry (BE.Chemical, Industrial Chemistry).
2. Must to know basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and mathematical skills, ability to analyze date.
3. Able to work independently without much supervision.
4. Must be able to effectively communicate and team work.
5. Must be able to communication skills and a strong command of written English.
6. Must have an understanding of technical (lab, production, etc.) principles and practices.
