- Work with leader to prepare mobile service plan.
- Work with leader to prepare mobile service budget.
- Manage and control all mobile service expense and report to leader
- Manage and develop mobile service personnel from time to time.
- Prepare mobile service material included banner, leaflet, registration sheet, survey sheet, customer education tool, truck, tool and equipment etc.
- Announce to dealer for the campaign schedule and preparation
- Make sure campaign material send to dealer at least one week before campaign start
- Educate dealer how to conduct service campaign
- Educate dealer about customer management
- Support dealer for warranty, periodic maintenance
- Support dealer for promote customer to visit the dealer
- Organize and monitor all service campaign activities
- Organize campaign preparation (location, banner, music....)
- Support mechanic for repairing customer MC
- Ask approval from management/ manager for additional customer if needed
- Inform to Spare Part department and /or logistic for needed spare part
- Summary the campaign result and report to dealer.
- Make campaign report including survey and send to manager
- Collect all requirements from dealer and then consult with the related persons and response to the dealer without delay.
- Assist other staff if necessary

- B.E (Mechanical) degree holder
- Min 2 years experience in related field
- Can use Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet & Email
- Can work under-pressure
- Able to travel
