Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

You will promote a knowledge-sharing environment and be actively involved in the Training and Development process by identifying training needs, and also by designing and delivering training programs, including eLearning programs.

• Plan, design, deliver and support the development and implementation of all aspects of the organization’s training programs, including e-Learning programs.

• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and activities.

• Maintain an updated curriculum, training course, and training materials.

• Collaborate with management teams to assess internal training and development needs aligned with the competencies.

• Develop a deep employee engagement through the implementation of an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs.

• Develop and monitor expenses against the department budget.

• Collaborate with Training and Development management, oversee, manage and lead the team.

Job Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in the training field. Experience in e-Learning and a managerial role are a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation.

• Strong analytical, problem diagnosis, resolving and negotiation skills.

• Creative thinking, a positive attitude, initiative and the ability to offer new ideas.

• Disciplined and proven skills at planning, execution, monitoring and managing (tasks, budget, time, people).

• Ability to prioritise activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to lead a team, take responsibility and accountability for actions and tasks.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Must be good in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of software.

• Willing to travel.
