Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Design and develop onboarding training materials and curriculum while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct engaging and effective onboarding sessions for new hires, covering topics such as system, and job-specific skills.
  • Utilize various training methods, including presentations, workshops, and hands-on exercises, to serve the needs of different learning styles.
  • Provide complete training on operations processes, tools and systems used within the organization.
  • Ensure that new employees have a clear understanding of workflow procedures and are proficient in the use of relevant technologies.
  • Assess trainees’ performance and progress during and after the onboarding period.
  • Work closely with department managers and team leaders to understand specific operational needs and modify training programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with L&D to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing employee development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in operational processes to continually enhance training programs.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree, having Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management is preferred
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in an operation setting. 
  • Understanding of operation processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
