The Role

Responsible for managing overall development of a team with procedures, materials and visual aids

● Identifying training needs by using needs assessments
● Developing training solutions that meet business needs
● Assessing individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting goals
● Controlling and overseeing team budget expenses

Open To

Male/Female

Job Requirements

● In hand of NIIM Certificate is a must
● 3 to 5 years of experience in training in Banking, Insurance and Telecom industries
● Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
● Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
