Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Evaluate and improve Trainers
-To ensure Training program design is in-line with competency needed.
-Organizing & Managing Departmental cost
-Identifying training and development needs within an organization
-Management of all training materials of company
-Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
-Supervising the work of trainers.
-Organize training plan approved.
-Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
-Make training plan monthly, quarterly.
-Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
-Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
-Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
-Evaluating training and development programs
-Design “development way” for each position.
-Communicate career development to all employees
-Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets

Job Requirements

-Any graduated ( Must have Certificate or Diploma in Management / More prefer MBA)
-Age 30 between 45
-Minimum 5 years experience in Training Manager
-Can create new modules/ training costs and can teaching
-Good in management skill and presentation skill
-Teamwork and able to work under pressure
