1. Perform proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished and imported goods in order to maintain hygiene and safety standards, prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazard
2. Effectively perform First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in dispatching of finished and imported goods
3. Maintain the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending and resolving customer issues on product preparation before dispatch
4. Ensure accuracy of product inventories against system records by performing inventory count on a periodic basis following instructions provided by the Warehouse Manager
5. Perform regular inventory count as per established schedules and guidelines and report to the Warehouse Manager; includes product stock, point of sale material stock and premium gifts stock’s quantity and expiry dates
6. Identify and report inventory variance to Warehouse Manager and carry out preventive countermeasures based on the result of inventory variance analysis
7. Maintain complete inventory control and accurate warehouse records and manuals
8. Perform receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations daily by following instructions from the Warehouse Manager
9. Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
10. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by following security procedures and protocols
11. Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff
12. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
13. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
14. Perform other related duties and required of the Warehouse Department
15. Follow instructions from and report to Warehouse Manager

1. At least 3 years experience in distribution warehouse fields
2. Bachelor’s degree or certifications in warehouse fields
3. Understanding of warehouse process
4. Hands-on and proficient experience with Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
7. Ability to work under strict deadlines
8. Ability to coordinate and work in teams
