Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Review general ledger accounts and ensure all entries are complete and accurate.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
  • Review and check all payments to accurately and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Review claims transactions to ensure classification in the accounting system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate accounting records and manage day-to-day transactions.
  • Prepare annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely internal financial reports for management review.
  • Checking the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting in line with regulatory guidelines and ensure to submit the required reports within a deadline.
  • Review tax computations and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax and Commercial Tax.
  • Manage to support required reports , and documents for internal and external audit processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory offices.
  • Guide direct reports to best practices of all tasks and assist in the ongoing improvement of the department.
  • Ad hoc assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • B.com or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and CPA, ACCA holders are preferable. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Preferred insurance knowledge and knowledge of local tax laws.
  • Good team management and sociability skills.
