Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Check and verify hotel invoices, bookings, and payment requests
  • Handle airline deposit payments and prepare payment documents
  • Coordinate with Operations, Ticketing, and Finance team for accurate payment processing
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Assist senior accountant in monthly closing and reconciliation
  • Communicate with suppliers if there are any billing issues
  • Support other finance tasks as required

  • Female, young, energetic, and willing to learn
  • Any bachelor’s degree or diploma (prefer B.Com, Accounting related)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting & Microsoft Excel
  • Honest, responsible, and organized
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Candidates living near New University Avenue Road are preferred
