Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Import Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, organize, and submit all necessary financial documentation required for the fuel import process to relevant government departments and stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Compile and submit daily and monthly reports as requested by various departments, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and specific organizational instructions.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Manage and track Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for fuel imports in both USD and MMK.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise with relevant internal and external departments to ensure smooth financial workflows and resolve any discrepancies in import accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  •  Additional certification/diploma in Accounting, Import-Export, or Banking is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance, import/export documentation, or banking operations.
  • Previous experience in import/export documentation or fuel industry operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of multi-currency transactions (USD/MMK) and basic accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to meet strict daily and monthly deadlines.
