We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

Responsibilities: 

  • Process and record supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist in processing supplier payments.
  • Maintain and update supplier account records and databases.
  • Prepare and reconcile Accounts Payable aging reports.
  • Verify supplier outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to AP.
  • Assist in reconciling inter-company balances and AP-related accounts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow internal control procedures.
  • Provide support to the accounting team during audits and financial reporting.
  • Assist in managing Accounts Payable and expense transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
