• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA Part II/III, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Reporting Speed: Monthly financial statements submitted by the agreed-upon deadline (e.g., the 5th of every month).
• Reconciliation Accuracy: Zero unexplained discrepancies between bank deposits, cash registers, and daily system ledger entries.
• Tax Submission Errors: Zero penalties or letters of non-compliance from local tax authorities.
• Leakage Prevention: Prompt identification and reporting of billing inconsistencies or delayed branch-to-headquarters cash handovers.
