The key areas of accountability include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain up-to-date billing system
• Generate and send out invoices
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Process adjustments
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
• Assist with month-end closing
• Collect data and prepare monthly analytical

Education Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field

Professional Experience :

• At least 5 years of working experience in accounting & finance 

Competencies (Personal Characteristics) :

• Basic accounting knowledge and SAP experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and work under pressure with good sense of teamwork
• Teamwork and strong working relationship with stakeholders at any level
• Proactive thinking with ‘can do’ attitude
• Fair communication (written & verbal) in English
• Capable of working independently with high compliance
