Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

_ Prepare monthly Management Report
_ Prepare Budgeting and Cash Flow forecasting
_ Prepare Statement between monthly S&M Budget and actual based on a cash book and payable
_ Monthly Reconcilliation with Head Office account , Bank Reconcillations Statement and report to HO Finance .
_ Weekly report for late payment units to Management .
_ Check daily main cash , collection and sales report .
_ Check all journal entries for accruals , prepayments and other adjustment
_ Handling Fixed Asset and monthly depreciation , additional and write off if require
_ Check S&M Incentive
_ Prepare and handled payroll for all department
_ Signageon S&P agreement of sold – out units
_ Check and approve on advance claim and all payments
_ Issue Debit Note and Credit Note to H.O
_ Managing the administration purposes
_ Manage duties of sub-ordinates in Accounting , Finance and Cashier Sections .
