Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Prepare and update cash books, journals, ledgers, and other accounting records.
Enter purchasing, sales, expenses, and payment transactions into Odoo Software.
Verify invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other supporting documents before recording transactions.
Check cashier cash-count sheets and reconcile daily cash balances with system records.
Prepare bank and cash reconciliations and report any discrepancies promptly.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and other accounting reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial records and supporting documents.
Assist with stock reconciliation, financial audits, and month-end closing processes.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Must have successfully completed LCCI Level II or Level III.
Must be between 24 and 30 years of age.
Relevant working experience in accounting or finance is required.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and financial documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Candidates with experience using Odoo Software will be given preference.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
Able to complete assigned duties and meet reporting deadlines.
Must possess honesty, integrity, good moral character, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
Willing to learn and able to adapt to the company’s policies, procedures, and accounting systems.
Candidates residing in Tarmwe/ Hlaing Thar Yar or nearby areas will be given preference.
