Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and financial reports.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
Manage petty cash expenses and prepare petty cash reports.
Maintain loan payment schedules and assist with bank loan processing.
Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts and petty cash.
Prepare tax calculations and tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits and maintain proper supporting documents.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and accounting records.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. LCCI Level 3 / ACCA Part Qualified is preferred. 
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
 Experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
 Knowledge of tax calculation and tax filing. 
Good Excel skills and accounting software experience. 
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail. 
Good communication and teamwork skills. 
Honest, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
