  • Checking & Accepting Payment,Advance,Clearence and Petty Cash Vouchers
  • Classification Chart of accounts (COA) these Vouchers by IFRS
  • Calculation of usage, Cost and Closing Inventory .
  • Calculation Check of UNI, FOC & DMW usage 
  • Recording and Classification of these payment in Accounting software by IFRS
  • Reporting to Account to leader- Financial Reports -AP
  • Other Finicial Management duties assigned by Finance Manager

  • B.Com or related Diploma 
  • must have at least 2 years experienced in related 
  • must be able to use advance excel and accounting software
