  • Check the payment vouchers
  • Prepare daily expenditure report
  • Write the Cheque & take approval sign
  • Raw data entry (daily expenses)
  • Enter the journal entries for expenses (refund or deficit), SSB contribution, Income tax
  • Attach monthly expense files
  • Monthly advance report
  • Follow up Form 31 related with the expenses to offset in monthly tax matter

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or accounting
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payable processes
  • Experience in checking payment documents, and supporting documents
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Good communication and coordination skills
